Where are you located and what are your trading hours?

Our Ballarat warehouse is located at Golden Point VIC 3350. We are open 7 days a week, 10am – 5:30pm.

Do you have other stores?

Yes! In addition to our Ballarat store, we have 4 stores across Melbourne.

Delivery

Do you offer home delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery. Delivery fees are based on distance from our store:

• Up to 15km: Free (minimum order $1,500)
• 15km – 30km: $79 (minimum order $1,500)
• 30km – 50km: $109 (minimum order $1,500)
• 50km – 80km: $139 (minimum order $1,500)
• 80km – 100km: $179 (minimum order $2,000)
• 100km – 130km: $209 (minimum order $2,000)
• 130km – 160km: $269 (minimum order $2,000)

Can I click and collect?

Absolutely! You're welcome to collect your order from our Ballarat warehouse at Golden Point VIC 3350 during trading hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

If you visit us in store, we also accept cash.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! All of our products come with a 1-year warranty. If you experience any quality issues within the warranty period, please get in touch and we'll take care of it.

We stock a wide range of furniture to suit every room, including sofas, recliners, coffee tables, TV units, beds, bedroom furniture, dining sets, and rugs — all at great value prices.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product if I'm not happy with it?

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a product quality issue or defect, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for a change of mind or other customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
