At SpareChange Ballarat, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.
14-Day Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date of purchase. Within this period, we offer both refunds and exchanges regardless of the reason for return, subject to the conditions below.
After 14 Days
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase:
- Product quality issues (e.g. manufacturing defects, damage upon delivery): we will offer a full refund or exchange.
- Change of mind or non-quality-related reasons: we can offer an exchange only β refunds are not available in this case.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product quality issue or defect, SpareChange Ballarat will cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is for a change of mind or other customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In their original condition, unused and unassembled (where applicable)
- In original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To start a return or exchange, please contact us before sending any items back. You can visit us in store at Golden Point VIC 3350 (open 7 days, 10am β 5:30pm) or get in touch via our website.
Our team will guide you through the process and ensure your return is handled as smoothly as possible.
